Dr. Stephanie Smouse-Brown ( a third generation Chiropractor) graduated from Texas Chiropractic College with a Bachelor of Science in Humen Biology and her Dcoctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004. Upon graduating she began herr proctice with her father at Smouse Chiropractic and Scoliosis Center. Dr. Stephanie knew from the age of eleven, when diagnosed with scoliosis, she wanted to be a chiropractor. As a survivor of scoliosis she knew that she wanted to work with children and adults afflicted with the disease of scoliosis. She knows the benefits of chiopractic adjustments and the various treatments of the scoliosis treatment program. Dr. Stephanie enjoys working with other scoliotics while performing both manual and computerized adjusting. She is certified for evaluation/fitting of the SpineCor soft brace. Dr. Stephanie has spent many post graduate hours in both nutrition and nutritional testing to help her patient Since graduation she has been an active member in the Texas Chiropractic Association, and an executive officer of the Texas Chiropractic Alumni Association. Outside her profession she is also a member of and very active in the U.S. Marine CorpsTOYS FOR TOTS, member of the Moose Lodge and Veterans of Foreign wars. Dr. Stephanie"s other interest are her family, friends,pets, hunting, boating, fishing, water skiing, swimming, soft ball, and darts. To say that Dr. Stephanie Smouse Brown is an asset to Smouse Chiropractic and Scoliosis Center is an understatement per Dr. Gary Smoue.
